Application for Employment


Utility Permit

To promote growth, safety and prevent uninterrupted services to existing customers, The Town of Taycheedah has incorporated a permit process for utility installation, maintenance and/or service work. This permit needs to be completed by you or your contractor when work will be done in the town's roads right of way. All utility providers will be required to complete this permit. This process is being incorporated to serve only as a notice to Town officials of any work planned in the Town's road right of way. Please complete the form and submit to clerk@townoftaycheedah.com. Once reviewed that all the information is complete, you will receive an email approval confirmation within 7 days. A copy of your form will be kept on file at the Taycheedah Town Hall. It is imperative you continue to follow all other notification procedures according to your company's policies, such as Diggers Hotline, etc. This does not replace or supersede your current procedures.
